When I signed up for a 3 month programme with Atef I wanted a kick start to get me back into a good gym routine. We set a target to lose a stone, tone up and generally feel stronger. With Atef’s help I’ve smashed those targets – I’ve lost over a stone (so have changed the target to 1 1/2 stone) feel stronger than I have in a long time and I’m looking forward to feeling confident again in my summer clothes. What I didn’t realise is how my body shape would change so dramatically – at the last measurements I’d lost 13cm from my waist, 11cm from my hips and 39cm in total – and that was just 2 months into the programme.

I’ve enjoyed every single training session with Atef – he genuinely wants to help people, but is also realistic and doesn’t judge if you have a bad week. I would never have pushed myself as much as he has pushed me and I’m feeling younger, fitter and healthier than I was 3 months ago before I started. My eating habits have changed, but not once have I felt like I’m on a diet.
